Enjoy the benefits of no hidden fees or office co-payments. Membership fees cover all of the visit costs, except for additional lab testing or procedures. Three-month commitments are required to join with a one-time $150 sign on fee. Credit-cards will be billed monthly upon joining, with an additional 3% cc processing fee and sales tax.
Great option for patients who prefer to pay for services as needed.
