Direct Primary Care
At Ridge Family Wellness, we utilize a Direct Primary Care Model (DPCM) with our patients' satisfaction as a top priority. Direct Primary Care is a type of primary care billing/payment arrangement made between patients and medical providers. We do not take insurance, for a monthly membership fee you will have access to your provider without co-pays, deductibles or hidden fees.
Scheduling appointments is easy. You can visit us in person or chat via text, phone, or email, perfect for individuals and groups. Get primary care services like preventive care, urgent care, root cause analysis of symptoms, managing chronic diseases, and mental healthcare, all included in one low membership!
We are committed to providing high quality primary care to patients throughout the lifespan. We understand the frustration patients are experiencing with the lack of access to primary care providers in Santa Fe and across the state. We believe the DPC will allow for increased access to primary care.

- Extended, unhurried office visits (well checks, sick visits, routine gynecological care, annual exams, physicals for school, sports, camps, etc.)
- Scheduling primary care appointments with ease
- Disease prevention and reversal, diagnosis, management, advice and counseling, prescribing of medications
- In-office tests (rapid strep, blood glucose, pulse oximetry, urinalysis, urine pregnancy etc.)
- Communication by phone, e-mail, and text
- Minor procedures (skin tag removal and ear wax removal etc.)
- Deeply discounted labs
General Health
We believe strongly prevention is the best medicine. Many people experience vague or nonspecific symptoms before they ever develop a disease which can be diagnosed. We take these subtle cues seriously. Preventing illness is always easier than reversing complex disease. We also focus on early cancer screenings and comprehensive lab testing.
Telehealth Services
Sometimes there are obstacles to coming into a medical office, but help is still available. Our practitioner can meet you over a HIPAA compliant connection.
The Team
Lisa Anne Ethridge FNP-BC, MSN
Lisa earned her Family Nurse Practitioner Degree at the University of New Mexico and her Undergraduate baccalaureate Nursing and holistic health degrees from Western Michigan University. She has over 16 years of healthcare experience working in the primary care to emergency department setting. She is passionate about increasing access to primary care services and assisting patients through the lifespan with a holistic-integrative perspective. She believes the best way to help patients achieve their healthcare goals is through a patient centered approach. She is dedicated to providing care with empathy and compassion. She believes there is no time like the present to get started on practicing a #LifewithoutWaiting to reach your peak healthcare goals!
